Ginn Hammock Beach Resort - Palm Coast, Florida, USA

Within easy reach of both Jacksonville and Orlando, Ginn Hammock Beach Resort brings a new level of luxury to conferences on Florida's northeast coast.

Launched in summer 2004, the all-suite private club and resort plays the consummate host to groups of 25 to 475. Some 1,000 acres of recreation mean participants need never leave the grounds to fill leisure hours. At the same time, St. Augustine, America's oldest city, makes for an interesting day trip just 15 minutes north. Daytona Beach, the NASCAR capital, waits just 25 minutes south.

At home, a six-acre, multilevel swimming complex features multiple pools and an oceanfront bar and grill. The Ocean Course, a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, challenges players to 18 holes, 6 of them on the ocean. The Conservatory, a Tom Watson Signature golf course, boasts the highest slope rating in Florida. Between activities and meetings, delegates can indulge in pampering at the European-style spa.

When it’s time for business, groups convene in the 5,740-square-foot Ocean Ballroom or the 3,596- square-foot Atlantic Ballroom, both with Wi-Fi access and both divisible into multiple configurations. Comprehensive audiovisual equipment and a 24-hour business center contribute to meetings’ flawless execution.

Outside, against a backdrop of ocean and golf course, the Grand Event Lawn sprawls over 15,000 square feet. Additional poolside and lawn areas bring the total meeting space to more than 50,000 square feet.

Planners choose from a wide array of banquet options and team-building activities, everything from cardboard-boat regattas to beach Olympics to glow-in-the-dark volleyball.

At the end of the day, group members retire to a choice of 355 one- to four-bedroom suites. Hidden behind Spanish revival-style facades, all include kitchenettes, complimentary high-speed Internet access, DVD players, cable TV, and balconies with ocean or fairway views. A host of helpful guest services lightens the load for busy executives, including airport transportation, complimentary valet parking, dry cleaning, room service, personal concierge support, and round-the-clock business assistance.

Five food and beverage outlets cater to participants' every mood and appetite. The signature Seaside Grille showcases American cuisine made from seafood and other seasonally fresh ingredients, backed up by the Sushi Bar, the Coffee Bar, the Ocean Bar, and the Loggerheads Night Club for nightcaps and dancing.

With its wide range of recreation and team-building opportunities, elegant meeting space, and all-suite accommodations, Ginn Hammock Beach Resort consistently shines as one of the brightest meeting spots on Florida’s north Atlantic coast.
